With general character the relations between Congelados Daniel Sebastiá, S.L. with the users of the telematic services present in the web, are submitted to the Spanish legislation and jurisdictions.
The parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals to resolve any controversy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.
